Welcome to this special summer solstice meditation-a day of radiant light, abundant energy, and profound spiritual significance. In today's meditation, we honor the longest day of the year, when the sun graces us with its fullest presence, illuminating not just the world around us, but the inner landscapes of our hearts and minds.
This practice can be used any time of the year to connect with the light and energy of the sun. If possible, align this meditation with the sunrise or sunset, letting the golden hues of the solstice sun bathe you in its warm embrace.

What old patterns or energies did you release during this meditation, and how do you feel now that you’ve let them go?

I was enjoying the meditation, but somewhere around 6min you say that the day and night are equal on the solstice, thereafter the days get shorter. But day and night are equal on the equinox, not the solstice. Voice is soothing and overall good meditation otherwise, but for some reason that bit really shook me out of the zone and was difficult to refocus
Thank you 💓 Sara you have such a soothing and encouraging voice, but what's funny is , I'm in Australia and we are exact polar opposites, where we are having the shortest days and not much sunshine, , but today I followed the meditation and felt the sun and warmth Namaste 🙏

I had horrible bodily sypmtoms, because I suppressed so many emotions. Some restrictions came from parents, some from society and I also followed strict religious dogma. Enough is enough and now I am putting my rope down. It is so great to realize that God is love and that He is the same for all people on Earth. This is so liberating. To all people who suffer from suppresseed emotions regardless of their cause, I wish you fast and complete recovery🙏❤
I genuinely am smiling right now. I haven't smiled and felt happy in quite awhile. I feel so much peace after this exercise. I didn't realize 3 year old me needed healing. I thought it wasn't until i was a bit older that needed healing. But i balled like a baby. That was so empowering!! Everyone with trauma needs to do this! This is so amazing. I finally feel at peace!
I love your meditations, but it's the spring equinox when day and night are equal- the summer solstice is the longest day
I'd like to talk to my 25 year old self at home and tell him to pick the job instead of graduate school. It makes me cry thinking about how much better off I would be if I never met those people in Kansas.

Hmm Sara’s voice is the only one I believe. There’s honesty, sincerity, no pretension, no fake affection like in many others. She talks from the heart while so many others are just reading the script. Her articulation, modulation and pronunciation are perfect. The timbre of her voice is soothing and reassuring. I love the rasp in her voice and I trust her. She doesn’t whisper nor lower her voice. No need. It’s perfect in its simplicity. I’ve tried dozens of other meditation and something always sounds fake. Sara Raymond is a real deal. I trust her entirely. But even though I didn’t like many others, I never wrote negative comments to them, I just stopped listening. It’s a personal choice.

Can I create a Chatgpt breakdown of verbiage and instructions for you to build me a personal hypnosis audio file. No need for visuals. Just audio. I can do a 30 minute and then just loop so you don't have to do to much. I can't find a voice as soothing for me as yours. TY
I love all the guided meditations; however, the videos have the most peaceful, calming, images that I have started watching them first, of course, while listening and then I go back and do the meditation. I love the mountains and outdoors, anything green that is growing. I must say, I found my happy place when I found Sara with the Mindful Meditation. You are one of a kind and thank you for inviting me to new profound calmness that I was not aware that I could tap into.

Great meditation but I think this is for equinox not summer solstice...day and night are not equal now, the day is at it's longest. It was good to tune into the sun energy here but feel this time has a different energy to equinox.

The summer solstice is not about balance where the night and day is equal that is at the equinoxes. The summer solstice is all about light and the longest day.
